The ZK830 is a high resolution Quartzell™ digital part counting bench scale. The unique modular base and indicator combination uses the robust BSQ Quartzell bench base. Part counting accuracy is unsurpassed with up to 1 billion internal count resolution and up to 1100% overload protection. The ZM830 is very user-friendly and is designed to accurately count small components from a minimum of 10 mg with an accuracy greater than 99.75%. An optional numeric keypad will boosts the ZK830’s capability, giving the operator flexibility to select from up to 40 stored piece weights and tare weights.  Data can be easily recalled through the keypad. The optional keypad also allows a second analog or digital remote base to be connected to the system. This allows the scale operator to weigh a greater weight range of items. The ZK840 is a fully programmable touch-screen, configurable, high resolution Quartzell™ digital bench scale designed to meet a range of industrial part counting applications from warehouse, production lines, kitting stations, quality assurance to laboratory environments. The ZM840 digital part counting scale uses the robust BSQ Quartzell bench base. Part counting accuracy is amazingly accurate with up to 1 billion internal count resolution and up to 1100% overload protection. The ZM840 is designed to to fit into any part counting application. It will accurately count small components from a minimum of 10 mg with a 99.75% or better accuracy.
